Wedding Planning Tips - Diamond Wedding Bands

When you are first looking for a place to hold this epic event, you should have a great idea as to who you want to invite. You will need a rough estimate of guests so you can choose a venue that will accommodate all of them. If you are planning to invite 300 people then clearly you cannot even look at venues that only hold 100 people. You should not have to pick and choose which of your guests attending the reception will get to attend the ceremony where you exchange diamond wedding bands.  This would just be rude!

You will also want to have a budget in mind. Not having a budget is a dangerous thing. You can easily get carried away with everything going on and before you know it, you will not be able to afford what you have planned. Make a list of every expense you can think of for this day you will exchange wedding bands, including your diamond wedding bands themselves! Many couples forget to budget for such things and also forget about hair, makeup, shoes, fittings, etc. Going online to find lists for you will be a big help in that you probably do not have much experience in this area.

Wedding Bands and Your Very Special Wedding Day

The week of your wedding will be crazy hectic. Your nerves will be completely shot and you will be so relieved when the day finally rolls around and you can get this show on the road! The day you exchange wedding bands with the love of your life will certainly fly by in a hurry so make sure you take a few moments to enjoy it with your significant other before people begin bombarding you with questions and congratulations.
Engagement Rings

Your wedding planner is going to be your lifeline to sanity throughout this entire process. He or she will remind you to get your wedding bands and engagement ring cleaned right before the wedding date and also help coordinate your many vendors who are coming together to make this event possible. Many people are not aware they have to tip the vendors, but it is optional at the end of the day. Your diamond wedding bands should be kept in a very safe location until the moments leading up to you exchanging them. You should also have your wedding dress in a very safe place in order to preserve its beauty and cleanliness. It may get a little dirty at the ceremony, but that is perfectly okay.

Diamond Engagement Rings and Social Media

There are few things in life you will be more excited about than your diamond engagement ring! This is probably the most epic piece of jewelry you have ever received and it certainly has more emotional significance than most other pieces of jewelry you have been given in the past. Women cherish these engagement rings and they should be taken care of accordingly.

The first thing you want to do when you get your diamond engagement ring is get it insured! Instead of spending hours trying to get that perfect picture of it to post on Facebook, call your insurance company and get it insured. You never know what can happen and you certainly want to be covered in case something dreadful happens or someone steals it.

When it comes to posting pictures of your diamond engagement ring on social media, keep it classy, folks. There is no reason to share how many carats the diamond is or how much he paid for it. This is tacky and comes off as bragging. Good for you, congratulations and everything else, but posting details of your ring could make other people feel bad about their own rings. It is better for them to see it in person when you bump into them at the grocery store anyway!
